  1. 1

Prepare the first scenario for the group.

  2. 2

Instruct participants to stand up and close their eyes.

  3. 3

Choose one person to be the 'Negative Infector General' by tapping them on the shoulder. This person will spread negativity.

  4. 4

Instruct this person to make eye contact with three others, each time infecting them with a negative expression.

  5. 5

Have the remaining participants move around the room, watching for eye contact to determine if they've been infected.

  6. 6

After a minute, or when most participants have been affected, call time.

  7. 7

Ask the group to identify who the Negative Infector General was by pointing at them on the count of three.

  8. 8

Prepare for the second scenario as needed.

Conseils

  • Ensure a safe environment where participants feel comfortable displaying emotions.
