Blind Square - Rope game
This team-building activity helps participants work together in a fun and challenging way. They will need to rely on communication and collaboration to form a perfect square using a rope while blindfolded.
Cómo ejecutarlo
- 1
Prepare a length of rope (around 20 meters) tied into a circle and have blindfolds ready for each participant.
- 2
Explain the rules: the goal is to form a square with the rope while blindfolded.
- 3
Allow 15 minutes for planning where participants cannot touch the rope.
- 4
After the planning time, blindfold all participants and distribute the rope.
- 5
Set a timer for 10 minutes for the team to form the square without visual cues.
- 6
Once they believe they've created a square, they should lay the rope down to check their work.
- 7
Facilitate a discussion about their experiences during the activity.

Remind teams to be patient; it's normal for the process to be chaotic at first.
Use the debrief to explore team dynamics and individual roles within the team.
Variaciones
