Strengths Game
This activity helps team members identify and understand their strengths and weaknesses. Participants reflect on their qualities and share them with others, fostering better collaboration within the team.
Cómo ejecutarlo
- 1
Each participant starts with 5 random cards from a shuffled deck, placed face down.
- 2
On your turn, draw a card from the deck, giving you a total of 6 cards.
- 3
Select the card that least aligns with your strengths and set it aside.
- 4
Repeat the drawing process until all cards are drawn.
- 5
Have everyone lay out the cards they have received.
- 6
Discuss the cards with each participant. Ask: What did you notice? Do the cards relate to one another?
- 7
Conclude by having each participant choose two cards that best represent their personality and write down those strengths.
- 8
Place all the cards representing weaknesses on the table.
- 9
When it's your turn, select a card that represents your biggest weakness. Explain why it resonates with you and provide an example to illustrate.
- 10
Continue until everyone has shared their cards and the reasons behind their choices.
Consejos
Encourage openness by creating a safe environment for sharing strengths and weaknesses.
Keep the discussion focused on constructive feedback and personal growth.
