This activity helps participants identify ways to manage disruptive behaviors during training. Teams will analyze different types of disruptive participants and collaboratively develop strategies to handle them.

Ask participants to reflect on previous training sessions and identify disruptive participant types.

Divide them into teams of up to seven members, ensuring teams are of similar size and arranged in a circle.

Distribute one envelope with a disruptive participant type to each team, along with three index cards.

Instruct teams to take 3 minutes to brainstorm guidelines for managing the specified disruptive behavior and write them on the index cards.

At the end of the time, signal the end of the round and have teams put their index card in the envelope and pass it to the next team.

Tell teams not to open the envelopes they receive.
