This activity helps participants understand the impact of different communication styles: passive, aggressive, and assertive. It encourages exploration of how these styles affect group discussions and decision-making processes.

    1. Prepare a bowl with chits, each labeled with a different communication style.

    4. Have participants sit around a table and draw a chit without revealing their style.

    5. Start the group discussion based on the chosen topic while participants adopt their assigned communication styles.

    6. Allow discussion for about 10 minutes, then guide the group to reach a conclusion on the topic.

    7. Conduct a debriefing session where participants reflect on their experiences.
