Novice or Expert?
This method helps participants experience the contrast between learning styles. They will understand the challenges of using a weak learning style and the advantages of utilizing a stronger one.

Before the break or end of day one, hand out the Activity Ranking Sheet to each participant.

Ask them to rank five activities based on their expertise levels.

During the break, sort participants into two groups: Novice and Expert.

Novice groups will include those who rated an activity as 4 or 5.

Expert groups will consist of individuals who rated an activity as 1 or 2.

Ensure each team represents similar skill levels for each activity.
