Sound Ball

Sound Ball is an energizing icebreaker that enhances teamwork and encourages spontaneity. Participants stand in a circle and throw an imaginary ball while making sounds, helping them focus on listening and engaging with each other.

    Select a participant to start by making a sound and throwing the ball to someone.

    Instruct the catcher to repeat the sound before catching the ball.

    Continue the game, introducing new sounds and increasing the pace.
