Guess the Desk
This energiser helps remote teams learn about each other's workspaces in a fun and interactive way. Participants will share photos of their work setups and try to guess whose desk is whose while enjoying some light-hearted competition.
Cómo ejecutarlo
- 1
Ask each participant to take a photo of their desk or work area, ensuring they remove any identifying objects.
- 2
Instruct participants to send their photos to you privately, then compile them in a random order on an online whiteboard or shared document.
- 3
Randomly select the first Desk President, who will lead the guessing for the first round.
- 4
Facilitate a group discussion where everyone guesses whose desk is displayed, providing 60 seconds for discussion.
- 5
When time's up, the Desk President votes on whose desk they believe it is. If they guess correctly, they earn a point.
- 6
Pass the role of Desk President to a participant and move to the next desk.
- 7
Continue until all desks have been guessed while keeping track of points.
- 8
Remind participants to convince the group during guesses that their desk belongs to someone else for extra fun!
