   Before the meeting, prepare question-and-answer cards about key project aspects. Write the answer at the top and the corresponding question at the bottom, with a point value on the back.

   Divide these cards into categories relevant to your project, such as 'Financials' or 'Deadlines', and attach them to a flip chart with the point values visible.

   During the meeting, explain the rules and introduce the project briefly. Participants take turns selecting a category and point value, then attempt to formulate the correct question for the revealed answer.

   If the player answers correctly, they receive the card. If not, the card is returned to the board, and play moves to the next participant.

   Continue until all cards are claimed. The player with the most points wins a small prize. Conclude by addressing any remaining project questions.

Variantes

For smaller groups, allow players to choose again if they answer correctly. For larger groups, pass the turn regardless of the outcome to maintain pace. Use a timer to keep responses brisk.
