Personal Strengths Matrix

This exercise helps participants identify and share their strengths and weaknesses with one another before starting a group project. Establishing this understanding fosters better collaboration and conflict resolution among team members.

    Prepare a presentation explaining the Personal Strengths Matrix, emphasizing its various aspects.
