    Repeat for three rounds, encouraging participants to switch partners each time.

  • Ensure questions are specific enough to provoke meaningful discussion but open-ended to allow for diverse responses.

  • Use a bell or signal to smoothly transition between rounds.

  • Encourage participants to engage with people outside their usual circles.
