3 Question Mingle

This activity encourages participants to learn about each other through self-created questions. It promotes movement and interaction, making it ideal for early team development stages.

    Ask each participant to write three open-ended questions on separate post-its.

    Provide examples of questions, such as: What skill would you most like to develop? Who do you admire? When have you laughed the hardest?

    Instruct participants to mingle and meet one-on-one, spending one minute per interaction while asking one question at a time.

    After swapping answers, participants exchange their questions with each other.

  5. 5

    Encourage everyone to meet as many people as possible within the allocated time.

    After mingling, display all questions on a flip-chart or wall for the group to see and use for future conversations.
