25/10 Crowd Sourcing

25/10 Crowd Sourcing is a dynamic method for rapidly generating and evaluating a group's most compelling ideas. Over a short session, participants individually propose bold ideas, which are then scored through a series of exchanges, surfacing the top ten concepts for further exploration.

Comment l'animer

  1. 1

Invite participants to think boldly and write their idea and a first step on an index card.

  2. 2

Participants mill around, exchanging cards without reading them, until a signal is given.

  3. 3

On the signal, participants pair up, read the card they hold, and score it from 1 to 5.

  4. 4

Repeat the milling and scoring process for a total of five rounds.

  5. 5

Participants add the scores on the last card they hold, and the top ten ideas are shared with the group.

Conseils

  • Ensure participants understand the scoring system to maintain coherence in ratings.

  • Demonstrate the process clearly, especially for larger groups, to avoid confusion.

  • Use Post-it notes to cover scores from previous rounds to prevent bias.

Variantes

Consider incorporating a second round with a different group to expand the idea pool. Alternatively, move directly into action planning or open space discussions with the top ideas.
