- 1
Organize participants into small face-to-face groups. For larger teams, demonstrate the process with one person before breaking into smaller groups.
- 2
Each participant takes a turn as the focus. They share an event where they felt they achieved something significant.
- 3
The group listens attentively as the speaker describes their achievement.
- 4
Following the sharing, each group member identifies two or three strengths the speaker likely used to achieve that success. The speaker adds one or two of their own strengths.
- 5
The speaker chooses the strength they resonate with the most and can express this by stating, 'I am (strength)!' to each group member.
- 6
Encourage the speaker to use a positive tone and confident posture throughout the process.
- 7
After everyone has shared, facilitate a group discussion about feelings and insights gained from the exercise.
- 8
Summarize how the exercise has contributed to increased confidence and mutual appreciation in the group.
Suggerimenti
Encourage participants to be sincere and specific with their feedback.
Create a safe environment where people feel comfortable sharing personal stories.
Be mindful of participants' comfort levels and adjust as necessary for sensitive topics.
Variazioni
Consider adapting the timing for larger groups by allowing more time for discussions or by using different configurations such as pairs instead of groups.
