    Divide participants into small teams of 4 to 6 people, ensuring they have a history of working together.

    Instruct each group member to write the name of the person they will address feedback to.

    Guide participants to complete the sentences: 'To [Name]: Something I would like you to START doing is..., STOP doing is..., and CONTINUE doing is...'.

    Remind participants that they can skip any prompt if they don’t have relevant feedback.

    Encourage everyone to sign their feedback for accountability.
