Come eseguirlo

  1. 1

Explain the concept of a coat of arms and its significance in representing values.

  2. 2

Ask participants to think about the key beliefs and values that shape their leadership.

  3. 3

Provide each participant with a sheet of A4 paper and a pen, and allocate 10-15 minutes to draw their coat of arms, including the four most important items they value in leadership.

  4. 4

Encourage creativity over perfection in their drawings.

  5. 5

Once everyone is finished, invite participants to share their drawings in small groups of 4-6 or with the larger group.

  6. 6

Prompt discussions with questions like: What items did you include, and why are they significant?

Suggerimenti

  • Create a comfortable environment for sharing by emphasizing that all drawings are valid expressions.

  • Be prepared to facilitate discussions by asking follow-up questions to deepen reflections.

  • If participants struggle with drawing, suggest symbols or metaphors instead of literal drawings.

Variazioni

Adapt the activity by allowing participants to create digital versions of their coat of arms if technology is available.
