    Draw a three-column matrix on a flip chart or whiteboard labeled WHO, WHAT, and WHEN.

    Begin by listing the names of all participants in the WHO column.

    Invite each participant to share their action steps for the group in the WHAT column.

    For each action item, ask participants to specify a deadline in the WHEN column.

    Ensure discussions focus on accountability, emphasizing the importance of commitments made in front of peers.

    Close the session by reviewing the completed matrix together, highlighting key responsibilities.
