Human Bingo
An energetic ice breaker where participants circulate and find people who match descriptions in a Bingo grid (e.g. 'has lived in more than two countries', 'speaks three languages', 'has a pet'). The goal is to get a person's signature in each matching square. It forces mingling, sparks conversations, and builds energy at the start of a session.
Come eseguirlo
- 1
Prepare Bingo cards with a grid of descriptive statements tailored to your group (mix professional and personal).
- 2
Distribute one card and a pen to each participant.
- 3
Explain the rules: find someone who matches each description and get their signature in that square. One person can only sign one square per card.
- 4
Set a timer for 10–15 minutes. Participants circulate and mingle.
- 5
The first person to complete a row, column, or full card shouts 'Bingo!'
- 6
Debrief: share interesting things learned about each other.
Suggerimenti
Customise the grid for your audience — generic cards feel flat.
Add a few surprising or funny items.
For remote: use a shared digital grid where participants type names instead of signing.
Variazioni
Run as a quiet version where participants write names instead of getting signatures (good for introverts). Add a 'Blackout Bingo' challenge: fill the entire card.
