This method helps teams build trust and openness through structured feedback. Participants share their strongest impressions of each other, promoting self-awareness and insight within the group.
Come eseguirlo
- 1
Divide participants into small groups of about 4 to 6, ensuring they have some prior experience working together.
- 2
Instruct participants to write the name of the individual they are addressing on a post-it note.
- 3
Ask them to complete the sentences: 'My strongest impression of you up to this point is...' and 'Something I am curious about is...'.
- 4
Have each participant sign their note with their name.
- 5
After writing, participants take turns reading their feedback aloud to the individual mentioned, handing them the post-it after sharing.
- 6
Encourage each group to discuss any additional impressions or reflections after the initial feedback is shared.
