Come eseguirlo

  1. 1

Gather participants in a team or small groups.

  2. 2

Ask each person to think of two types of feedback for others: 'What I appreciate about (person)...' and 'What I’d like to see more from (person)...'.

  3. 3

One team member sits facing away from the group while others provide feedback in the third person for about 90 seconds.

  4. 4

The person receiving feedback takes notes without responding.

  5. 5

Rotate until everyone has had a turn with their back to the group.

  6. 6

After all feedback has been given, allow time for reflection.

  7. 7

Conclude with a round where each participant shares key takeaways they will implement.
