Spy
Engage participants in a lively, interactive game that boosts energy and relieves tension. This activity is great for revitalizing the group after a long session or a break.
How to run it
- 1
Choose a spacious area where participants can move freely, ideally outdoors.
- 2
Form a circle with everyone, including the facilitator.
- 3
Inform the group that each participant is a spy.
- 4
Designate one participant as the spy-catcher, whose role is to catch the spies.
- 5
Assure the group that there is also a bodyguard among them for protection.
- 6
Instruct everyone to secretly select one person they suspect is the spy-catcher and another they believe is their bodyguard.
- 7
Ask participants to position themselves so their bodyguard is between them and the spy-catcher.
- 8
Allow the group to run around for 2-3 minutes to energize them.
