Shake Down

How to run it

  1. 1

    Have the group stand in a circle with arm's length between participants.

  2. 2

    Lead the group by demonstrating a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  3. 3

    Start with 8 shakes of the right arm, counting out loud together.

  4. 4

    Follow with 8 shakes of the left arm, 8 shakes of the right leg, and 8 shakes of the left leg, continuing the counting.

  5. 5

    Then, move on to 4 shakes of each limb, followed by 2 shakes, and finish with 1 shake of each.

  6. 6

    Conclude the session with everyone cheering loudly and performing a big ninja kick.
