How to run it

  1. 1

Prepare a slide deck featuring at least ten unusual objects that participants haven't seen before, and share it on-screen during the meeting.

  2. 2

Choose a volunteer to start. Encourage them to pitch the object displayed on the next slide, highlighting its features and benefits.

  3. 3

Set a timer for thirty seconds for each pitch, switching slides and participants in a dynamic manner to maintain energy.

  4. 4

After everyone has had their turn, thank them with applause and recognize the most entertaining pitcher with a special cheer.

Tips

  • Keep the atmosphere light and encourage humorous pitches for more engagement.

  • Remind participants to focus on the creativity of their pitches rather than perfection.

  • Facilitate quick transitions between speakers to maintain momentum and excitement.

Variations

You can adapt this method by using slides related to actual products for more focused pitches, or create playful themes such as fictional characters needing to pitch for a presidency.
