Provide each team with blank paper, markers, and access to a digital camera and laptop.

  3. 3

Clearly explain the topic for the presentations.

  4. 4

Outline the Pecha Kucha format, emphasizing the 20 slides in 20 seconds rule.

  5. 5

Instruct teams to tape 20 pieces of blank paper on a wall to create a storyboard and collaborate on filling it out.

  6. 6

Allow teams at least one hour for preparation, extending this time if possible.

  7. 7

Facilitators should monitor time and assist with technology as needed.

  8. 8

Enjoy the presentations and celebrate the group's creativity.
