How to run it

  1. 1

    Set up tables in a circular arrangement with chairs around them.

    Discuss five leadership principles and how to apply them in daily work scenarios.

    Provide each team with a leadership principle envelope and four index cards.

    Instruct teams to discuss their assigned principle and write application examples on the index cards within a 3-minute time limit.

    Conclude the first round and prepare for sharing insights.
