How to run it

  1. 1

Divide participants into small teams of 4 to 6 people, ensuring they have a history of working together.

  2. 2

Instruct each group member to write the name of the person they will address feedback to.

  3. 3

Guide participants to complete the sentences: 'To [Name]: Something I would like you to START doing is..., STOP doing is..., and CONTINUE doing is...'.

  4. 4

Remind participants that they can skip any prompt if they don’t have relevant feedback.

  5. 5

Encourage everyone to sign their feedback for accountability.

  6. 6

Allow time for group discussion after the feedback is shared.

Tips

  • Ensure the environment is supportive and safe for sharing feedback.

  • Encourage honesty, but remind participants to be constructive in their comments.

  • Consider using simpler feedback methods for newer groups before this exercise.
